Graduate Student
Area of Interest: Ethics, Moral Psychology, Social and Political Philosophy
E-mail: swang@humnet.ucla.edu Office: Dodd Hall 367

My primary interests lie in moral, political, and social philosophy, focusing particularly on questions of freedom, personal autonomy, and moral responsibility. I am curious about the psychological formation and social and political sources of our identities, desires, and preferences, and how these change over time through reflection as well as through adaptation to external circumstances. In my free time, I like traveling with my film camera.
