We are thrilled to announce that Professor Kareem Khalifa has officially joined our faculty. Kareem has many research interests but specializes in general philosophy of science, theory of knowledge, and philosophy of social science. He is the author of Understanding, Explanation, and Scientific Knowledge, and is currently working on two books: Race in the Social Sciences and Segregation and Social Inquiry.
This school year Kareem is on sabbatical and is the Future of Truth Fellow at the University of Connecticut Humanities Institute. We might see him some time this school year for a visit, but we’ll give him the full welcome in person when he moves here next summer.
